Return Policy

Returns will be accepted until 14 days from purchase. 

 

All returns must be accompanied by the original invoice and returned in their original packaging. Please note that all returns and exchanges are subject to a quality control process before being accepted.

 

Any product that has been customized at the customer's request or shows signs of wear, damage or tampering, or whose security label, if any, has been removed, will not be accepted for return.

 

You will be refunded for products returned and accepted, and Fabiana Mortari Jewelry will pay for the cost of returning the products by providing you with a return label. You may be held liable in the event of depreciation in the value of the product due to handling that does not comply with the preservation of the quality, characteristics and, where applicable, the proper functioning of the products.
